Series-A Partners engages in buy and sell-side M&A, divestitures, joint ventures, capital raises, fairness opinions, as well as other financial advisory offerings.

 

Corporate Strategy

Series-A Partners works with early stage and emerging companies to help evaluate and assess the overall business plan of the company. This encompasses marketing, revenue generation, employee buildout, as well as expansion. We work closely with the management team to provide a holistic assessment of our client’s competitive landscape, complementary companies and technologies in the marketplace, as well as providing a realistic view of their own underlying assets and where they stand in the marketplace. We also leverage our deep list of contacts to help structure potential synergistic relationships and partnerships that will help accelerate the underlying growth of the Company.

Series-A also provides capital introduction services to technology companies, which typically run in parallel with our Corporate Strategy offering. The venture capital model is dramatically changing as new pools of liquidity are emerging outside of the traditional venture capital firms. We work with our clients to locate, assess, and structure deals or relationships that enable them to further benefit and expand their business with the least amount of encumbrances. This can only be achieved through a deep commitment and understanding of the clients needs and long-term goals.

Corporate Development

After talking with a number of early stage and emerging companies based outside of the United States, we found a recurring theme…we need a US-based presence.  Series-A now works with foreign-based firms to provide a local US-based presence in the Bay Area.  Technology is moving fast and Serie-A Partners works closely with foreign firms to make sure that they fully understand the nuances and intricacies of doing business in the United States. We understand that the biggest impediment to a company’s success is not knowing the right person to contact within an organization or how to best position a technology.   We help businesses with document preparation, marketing, as well as go-to-market strategies. We leverage our deep understanding of the technology landscape to reach out to businesses for potential client relationships, partnerships, and potential joint-ventures.   We represent our clients on all calls, meetings, as well as pro-actively reaching out for initial introductions.
